Woman filmed herself performing sex act in Florida courthouse

A 26-year-old woman, Brittney Jones, filmed herself performing a sex act on a man while inside a Florida courthouse.

News4jax reports that Jones arrived at the Duval County Courthouse early Tuesday morning to face a judge on charges of “possession of drug paraphernalia, smuggling contraband into jail and violation of probation” in which she pleaded no contest to.

While waiting in a hallway just outside Courtroom 401, Jones reportedly filmed herself as she performed a sex act on a man – who was not an employee at the courthouse – sitting on the bench, which was captured on surveillance footage.

Jones posted the 34-second video on Twitter, but she has since deleted it.

“Had so much fun at court today. Found a way to get my charges dropped…Ssssssh, don’t tell.”

Duval County police official began an investigation after the video surfaced on social media. Relatives said they are not ashamed of what Jones did but have stated that they are disappointed. They said this is not her first time posting an explicit video of herself on social media.

In 2015, a video circulated on Facebook of Jones – who works as a stripper at Jacksonville Topless Bar Cocktails – performing a sex act on a man. According to the woman’s grandmother, Ms. Evans, the woman has a young son and she fears that he will one day turn on the television and see what his mother had done.

“That’s very, very upsetting to me,” she said.

When Chief Judge Mark Mahon saw the video, he called it disgusting but according to the crime and safety analyst, Gil Smith, the incident may not be a crime since no one witnessed the act.

It is not clear if Jones will be charged.
