Just a week after Lisa Marie Presley and Michael Lockwood’s twins were taken from the estranged couple by child protective services, Lockwood was photographed kissing his daughters goodbye after a supervised visit at the beach.
Last week, Presley alleged that she found hundreds of explicit photos and videos of children on her husband’s home computer. The children were immediately removed from the parent’s custody, and 80 of Lockwood’s devices were seized for further investigation. Presley said that she doesn’t know how many more pictures might be found on other devices, or what they might be of, according to a report by the Daily Mail.

“I have no idea what else might be on those devices.”
Court papers reveal that Presley has also accused Lockwood of being an “unsafe father.”
Lockwood denied Presley’s allegations saying that he was “disgusted” by her “unproven allegations.” He called Presley “vindictive,” and claimed that she broke court rules when she filed the allegations in the court’s publicly accessible records. He claimed that Presley was out to tarnish his name.
The husband alleged that Presley was dishonest during the 10-year marriage, and rarely took responsibility for the things she did. He also indicated that he had allegations of his own that were equally shocking, but did not reveal what they were. He acknowledged that both allegations are yet to be proven.
Lockwood’s attorney, Jeff Sturman, said that Presley’s attorney, Mark Gross, threatened to go public unless Lockwood abandoned his bid to get $40,000 a month in spousal support and $100,000 towards his legal fees from his wife.
It was reported yesterday that Lockwood lost the request for spousal support and legal fees in court. However, the court did grant him $10,000 in legal fees.
Lockwood accused Presley of hiding her fortune, and pretending to be broke. He claims that he is living below the poverty line.
