Jonathan Schrap, 24, was sentenced on Friday for one count of second-degree reckless injury. Court documents stated that Schrap and three other people carried out a “ritualistic memorial” on August 28 for a deceased friend and fan of the Detroit-based rap duo.

“Where do you go with this? How can this happen? How can this even happen in Green Bay?” Judge John P. Zakowski said at sentencing, according to the Associated Press.
Shelby Neuens, 27, is said to have allowed Schrap to cut her arm and drink her blood. From there, Neuens gave the 24-year-old permission to sever her left pinky finger. The Kansas City Star reported that she wasn’t under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time.
Schrap put Neuens’ pinky in the fridge and said he “would cook it and eat it later,” court documents alleged.
“She was bleeding profusely,” the complaint detailed. “Jon filled up a shot glass with her blood and drank her blood.”
A video of the bizarre ordeal was reportedly posted to YouTube.
Though the group unsuccessfully tried to stop the bleeding with a cigarette and even a blow torch, police became involved after Neuens went to the hospital. The woman told authorities she was a willing participant in the ritual.
According to WBAY, Preston Hyde, 23, another person involved in the August 28 incident, was charged with second-degree reckless injury and mayhem. Hyde, whose Juggalo name is “Bloody Ruckus,” was allegedly caught on video telling Schrap to “finish it” when the machete didn’t amputate the pinky.
