Danielle Bregoli, 14, better know as the “cash me ousside” girl, was busted for smoking marijuana while she faces felony charges of grand theft, filing a false report, and fraud, all which happened before her infamous appearance on Dr. Phil.
TMZ reported that Danielle was at a friend’s house outside smoking weed in Boynton Beach, Florida, when police pulled up to the house and asked both girls if either of them were smoking. Both girls insisted that neither of them were using the drug.
The two girls were issued a citation when they wouldn’t tell the officers where they got the weed from, The Sun reports.
The incident reportedly happened the same day that Danielle appeared in a Delray Beach juvenile court to face the felony charges.

Crime Online recently reported that the charges are in connection with alleged crimes Bregoli committed against her mother, Barbara Ann Bregoli.
In a court appearance Wednesday, the girl’s estranged father, Ira Peskowitz, who is currently tied up in a custody battle with Barbara, reportedly said through his spokesperson that he didn’t want Barbara living in Hollywood, on reality TV shows.
“We just don’t know how much of her life is being orchestrated by reality show producers and agents at this point.”
Peskowitz feels that a relationship between him and his daughter can still be salvaged. His spokesperson, Elliot Cohen, said, “There is a basis for a relationship there. I think that when Danielle is given the chance to reach out, she does reach out.”
Barbara claimed that she only has the best of intentions for her daughter in mind, and that she is proud of her despite everything.
“Danielle didn’t make herself famous. You guys, the public, they made her famous. I’m not going to be embarrassed of my daughter. Right now, the sky’s the limit for her.”
Danielle will appear again on court April 26.
