The charges, which include  battery, grand theft auto, and filing a false police report, stem from acts reportedly committed against her own mother, Barbara Ann Bregoli. The hearing lasted less than five minutes, according to the Palm Beach Post. Danielle’s attorney, Scott Richardson, told the judge his client was pleading not guilty to all charges. The lawyer also indicated the Danielle was in therapy and “doing fine.”

The infamous “cash me ousside” girl came well-equipped with her bodyguard, Frank, who towered over her as she walked in and out of the courthouse. Her next court hearing is scheduled for June 28.

Meanwhile, Danielle recently denied rumors of being the subject of a viral video that depicted a girl who looked quite similar to the 14-year-old getting beat up by another girl. Danielle pointed out the girl’s physical features in the video, stating that she wished she had features like that.

“Did you see that girl’s a**? I wish my a** was that big. That’s a grown girl. She’s probably like 25 years old.”
