This is why you must remember to call your mom this Sunday. It was the absence of a call on Mother’s Day 2012 that caused Sue Primavera to fear that something was terribly wrong with her daughter. Five years later, she’s still waiting for a call.

Sue and her husband Bob have not just been waiting for Jill Primavera, a 28-year-old mother of three young girls. They’ve invested in billboards in the Philadelphia neighborhood where their daughter was last seen by a friend. They spent countless days passing out flyers with Jill’s photo and information, hoping someone remembers something.

While her parents complain of an unenthusiastic police probe, they are getting help from private groups in following leads. The family has raised a $10,000 reward for information that leads to their daughter.

Jill Primavera, who would be 33 now, stands 5’5” tall, has green eyes and blonde hair. She has distinctive tattoos, including one depicting Jesus on her upper right arm.

Nancy Grace talks with Bob and Sue Primavera in this “Crime Stories” episode.
