Aaron Hernanez sucide note faked?

Aaron Hernandez’s fiancee has questioned the legitimacy of the suicide note addressed to her that was found in his prison cell.

In a clip from an upcoming episode of the Dr. Phil show, Shayanna Jenkins shared some of her doubts about the note.

“I did see that it was address to Shay instead of babe, or bae, the way he would refer me as… That was a little odd to me.”

Asked how she felt about the handwriting in the note, Jenkins said, “the handwriting was similar,” while noting that in prison, “you’ve got nothing but time.”

“I feel like it could have been easily duplicated.”

Jenkins didn’t seem question what was written in the note, however.

“As far as the content, it seemed to be his loving self.”

Aaron Hernandez hung himself in his prison cell on April 19. Less than a week before, he was found not guilty of a 2012 double murder. He had been serving a life sentence for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd, and his attorneys were preparing to appeal that conviction.

Jenkins will appear on the Dr. Phil show on Monday and Tuesday.
