BOLO: Police ask public for help in finding missing elderly woman and her poodle

Police in Canada are asking the public’s help in finding a missing Ottawa woman, reports The Ottawa Citizen.

82-year-old Nelliya Karbisheva was last seen at 10:30 p.m. She was walking out of Queensway Carleton Hospital heading towards Baseline Road.

Police described Karbisheva as being a 5’2 white female with a medium build and short salt and pepper hair. She was last seen wearing brown shorts and a rose or pink hat and blue jacket. Ottawa police said she was walking with her small, white poodle. They are also asking residents to check their garages and/or sheds.
