Bobbi Kristina Brown’s ex, Nick Gordon, in trouble yet again for reportedly beating new girlfriend

Nick Gordon, former boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown, is back in hot water again, accused of domestic violence, and this time it involves his latest girlfriend. He was arrested in Sanford, Florida, on Saturday.

CNN reports that Gordon, 27, infamous for his involvement in Bobbi Kristina Brown’s untimely death in 2015, was arrested for domestic violence on Saturday afternoon after his current girlfriend accused him of hitting her and locking her in their shared home on Friday night. According to authorities, Gordon was arrested inside a clubhouse near the couple’s Sanford residence.

Gordon, whose been living in the Florida area since 2015, was found legally responsible last year for the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of singers Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston. Bobbi Kristina passed away on July 16, 2015, after fighting for her life for months inside several hospitals and then ultimately, a hospice center.

Bobbi Kristina’s official cause of death was listed as cardiac arrest. According to the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office, she had a mixture of marijuana, alcohol, morphine and other drugs in her system, which led to pneumonia, and ultimately, cardiac arrest. Gordon was accused of administering the dangerous cocktail of drugs to Bobbi Kristina.

Gordon has long been suspected of physically and emotionally abusing Bobbi Kristina, yet he was never criminally charged for the alleged abuse or for her death. He was found legally responsible for her death after he failed to appear in civil court to answer charges. In November 2016, a Fulton County, Georgia, judge ordered Gordon to pay $36 million in damages to Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family.

Gordon is currently being held without bail.
