‘I don’t know what’s wrong with me’: Man repeatedly rapes young girls and records it, making a collection of vile child pornography

This was NOT his first time getting caught

An Ohio court has convicted Jeffrey Clements, 34, for repeatedly raping two young girls and using it as an opportunity to make homemade child pornography, according to WLWT.

The brutal rapes took place between the years 2008 and 2015 and the victims were around 6-years-old when the assaults began, as stated by court records.

The 34-year-old actually admitted to the assaults, pleading guilty and taking a plea deal, according to USA Today.

Clements was given multiple life sentences, plus 16 years, by Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Tom Heekin. It is unlikely he will ever see another day of freedom.

His defense attorney, James Bogen, took the opportunity to note that his client feels remorse for his actions.

“He actually said he feels like a monster because of his sexual offending,” he said.

Clements also spoke during the sentencing hearing, apologizing for violently raping the young girls.

“I don’t know what’s wrong with me,” Clements said, as he sat down, due to being lightheaded. “I know I need help.”

Judge Heekin noted that this was not even the first time that the 34-year-old faced legal issues due to his predatory behavior toward young children.

He was convicted of misdemeanor child enticement more than a decade ago, and spent 10 years as a registered sex offender. However, his time on the registry expired in 2012.

“At that time, (he) was afforded treatment for his vile and reprehensible conduct,” Heekin noted.

Clements was arrested last fall at the home he shared with his grandmother. Bond was originally set at $12 million dollars.
