Spice Girl, ‘America’s Got Talent’ judge Mel B says ex created phony marriage for nanny trysts

Mel B has filed new court documents in her divorce from estranged husband Stephen Belafonte that claims he orchestrated a phony marriage for their children’s nanny so the nanny could stay in the country and prolong the affair they were having.

The former Spice Girl has previously slammed her ex and former nanny for having an affair and using sex tapes to blackmail her. Now, she’s saying that¬†Lorraine Gilles, the couple’s former nanny from Germany, only married Michael Bleau because Gilles was at risk of being deported, and she claims that Belafonte put this together so that he and Gilles could take her money, according to a report by TMZ.

Bleau, Gilles’ husband, admits in his deposition that he bought his wife’s engagement ring for $30 on eBay, and Mel B points out in the new court documents that the two never posted any engagement pictures on social media. The documents also say that Bleau was reportedly¬†once arrested for a sex crime and convicted of felony false imprisonment. Mel B says that Belafonte convinced her to invest $60,000 in a business that Bleau ran, while failing to mention that the man was a convicted felon.

Though Gilles previously claimed that the only sexual encounter she had with Belafonte was during a three-way with him and Mel B, the court documents also contain a portion of Gilles’ deposition in which she admits to having sex alone with Belafonte at least 10 to 15 times. In addition to this, she admits that she had sex with Mel B’s husband at least twice around the same time she became pregnant and had an abortion. She insists that the child was not Belafonte’s.

Gilles also admitted in the deposition to using cocaine. She claims the drug was supplied by Mel B, but she could be facing serious consequences regardless of the supplier. Immigration officials could reportedly deny her visa for using illegal drugs, putting her at risk for deportation.

Finally, Gilles admitted that the sex tapes exist, and that she had viewed them on Belafonte’s laptop as recently as July 2016.
