Kevin Hart extortion update: Woman in video has been identified, allegedly works as traveling stripper

News outlets have identified the woman seen cavorting with Kevin Hart in a viral video, as reported by TMZ.

The news outlet has named Montia Sabbag, sometimes spelled as Montiah Sabagg, as the woman who appears with the movie star in the video. The 27-year-old is also alleged to be the same woman who attempted to blackmail Hart for an undisclosed sum of money, saying if she didn’t get the cash she’d release the incriminating footage.

Sabbag allegedly works as a traveling stripper and TMZ reports that she met Hart during a wild weekend in Vegas back in August.

She told TMZ that she didn’t have anything to do with shooting the video, though a representative for the famous comedian confirmed her identity, noting that Hart has not seen her since.

Sabbag allegedly agreed to taking a lie detector test, in order to prove she did not shoot the footage, but is said to have demanded Hart cough up $420,000 in order to assure her participation.

As previously noted by CrimeOnline, Hart admitted in an Instagram post that he would rather fess up to his mistakes before allowing someone to profit off of his bad judgement.

The video allegedly shows the pair canoodling in a club and then cuts to a sex scene, though the intercourse is occurring off camera.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office Bureau of Investigations has taken a lead role in the investigation.

Though there have been reports that Hart split from his wife, his pregnant spouse Eniko has been seen wearing her wedding ring.
