‘Hey baby, get in!’: BOLO for man who exposed himself to 14-year-old girl, tried to lure her to his car

Police in El Monte, California are on the hunt for a man who exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl on Monday.

The teen told police she was walking home from school just before 4 p.m. on September 25, when a man drove up next to her in an older model blue, four-door car near Elrovia and McGirk avenues, abc7 reports. She said that’s when he called to her, “Hey baby, get in!” When she turned her head to look over, she saw the man exposing himself to her and committing a sexual act.

Authorities released a police sketch of the man in the hopes that someone will recognize him. The girl described him as Hispanic with black hair and dark brown eyes. He was heavyset, and in his 30’s or 40’s, with acne on his face and patchy facial hair.

At the time, the suspect was wearing a black T-shirt, khaki shorts, and brown glasses with clear lenses.

El Monte police posted the sketch and description of the suspect on Facebook, asking for the public’s help in finding him.
