‘It’s not Charlie Sheen’: Corey Haim’s mother names man she says allegedly molested her son

Judy Haim, mother of the late 1980s actor, Corey Haim, insists that her son was an open book with her and that he never once mentioned that Charlie Sheen sexually assaulted him.

During an interview with Dr. Oz on Friday, Judy claimed that Corey Haim told her years ago the person who molested him was the very person that recently accused Sheen of assaulting the young actor: Dominick Brascia. Earlier this week, The Enquirer reported that Brascia, a former actor who knew Haim, accused Sheen of sexually assaulting a then-13-year-old Haim while on the set of the 1986 film, Lucas.

Brascia’s claims were backed up by a disclosed source who said Sheen admitted that he “hooked up” with Haim in a consensual tryst. Judy said her son would have told her if anything like that ever happened with the older Sheen. Sheen’s representative indicated that the act never took place.

“My kid hid nothing, he was like… transparent.  He never hid anything, it’s out of character, that’s number one. When my son was 13 he’s not going to go and ask Charlie Sheen to go and sleep with him.”

Judy then described an incident that allegedly occurred with Brascia when Haim was just 14. She said she walked into Brascia’s apartment, where he had Haim pinned down, refusing to let him up until she threatened him with a pool stick. She indicated Haim later told her that Brascia did indeed sexually assault him on another occasion. Although it’s unclear exactly what transpired, Judy said it was not “full on rape,” something Dr. Oz said was arguable, depending on who you ask.

Who is Dominick Brascia?

Brascia is a former bit part actor who landed small roles in films such as Friday the 13th: A New Beginning, Evil Laugh, and My Life as a Troll. According to Judy, actor Corey Feldman, who’s currently on a campaign to expose Hollywood pedophilia, introduced her son to Brascia in the mid 1980s.

According to Brascia, he remained good with friends with Haim for decades after he met him.

In 2016, Brascia fought back against allegations that he sexually assaulted Corey Haim.

“I’m as shocked as anyone else he was one of my good friends, I knew him for over 25 years. I started to [do] movies with him and as you know he was the store [sic] so he had to give approval,” Brascia told Perez Hilton. “He actually asked the director if they give [would] me a part in National Lampoon’s Last Resort. And we work together on Busted, truth is he was really, really stoned and couldn’t finish the job.”

Judy, on the other hand, told Dr. Oz that her son had no clue that Brascia would be on the set of Busted, a 1997 film directed by Feldman. According to Judy, her son became infuriated at Feldman for inviting Brascia to the set. Judy claimed that Feldman told Haim he thought he “would like it” to see Brascia again.

Brascia said Judy simply didn’t like him after he told her during the 1980s that Haim had a drug problem at age 15, according to Yahoo. Yet, Judy remains adamant that Brascia has been lying for years about what happened to her son, regardless if he had a drug problem or not.

CrimeOnline reached out to Brascia for comments on Judy’s claims, but so far he hasn’t returned the requests.
