A North Carolina woman alleged was so negligent in getting medical care for the boy that he died. Deysi Yhuriko Martinez, 22, is jailed on a felony child neglect charge while prosecutors consider charges against another person relating to the injuries that went untreated. Her parents believe her “bullycide” was triggered after she was embarrassed by the posting of the video on a social platform.
