Teen missing two weeks found dead on Christmas night

The body of a Blount County, Alabama, teen was located on Christmas night, two weeks after he was reported missing.

Al.com reports that the body of Christian Boyle, 18, along with his vehicle, silver Oldsmobile Alero, was found off of Cold Branch Road, according to Tim Kent of the Blount County Sheriff’s Office. His family reported him missing two weeks prior, while trying to get in contact with him through phone and social media.

According to the family, Boyle had been taking care of his ill father and in constant contact with loved ones. When he stopped communicating, they became worried.

An investigation is still ongoing. No further details were readily available. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Blount County Sheriff’s Office at 205-625-4127.
