Actor Paul Sorvino reportedly said that he would “kill” Harvey Weinstein if rumors that the embattled producer had his daughter Mira Sorvino blacklisted for rejecting his sexual advances prove true.
Paul Sorvino spoke with TMZ Tuesday night in West Hollywood and confidently said that Weinstein–who the actor referred to as a “son of a b***h”–will be going to jail.
“If I meet him on the street he’d oughta hope that he goes to jail because if we come across I think he’ll be lying on the floor…somehow magically,” the 78-year-old told the tabloid.
The Goodfellas actor told reporters that he wasn’t aware of the rumors involving his daughter until recently but went on to say that jail is Weinstein’s best bet because he will “kill that motherf**ker.”
According to People, Mira, now 50, accused Weinstein, 65, of sexually harassing her at the Toronto International Film Festival in 1995. The actress claimed they were in a hotel room working on Mighty Aphrodite when Weinstein began massaging her shoulders. Weinstein got more physical and chased Mira around as she rejected his advances, she alleged.
Sorvino went on to win an Oscar for her role in the Woody Allen film.
“I have lived in vague fear of Harvey Weinstein for over 20 years. At the time I don’t think I even knew what happened—him using business-related situations to try and press himself sexually on a young woman in his employ—qualified as sexual harassment,” the actress and activist wrote for TIME in October.
“But as a woman who routinely advocates for women and girls who have been victimized in my role as Goodwill Ambassador with the United Nations, and as a mother, I could no longer remain silent.”

“If I had known it [Weinstein’s alleged actions], he would not be walking. He’d be in a wheelchair,” Paul said, noting that he was “absolutely furious” when he heard the rumors.
“My daughter’s…a courageous and a wonderful human being, and doesn’t deserve to have been treated that way by this pig,” Paul added.
“This pig will get his comeuppance. The law will get him. He’s going to go to jail and die in jail.”
