Woman records herself sexually assaulting 4-year-old boy — then sends the video to her drug dealer

A Michigan woman has learned her fate after admitting to recording herself sexually assaulting a four-year-old boy and sending the footage to her drug dealer.

According to MLive.com, U.S. District Judge Janet T. Neff sentenced Kailee Marie Perez, 25, on January 11 to 20 years in federal prison. Perez pleaded guilty in September 2017 to recording the sexually-explicit video and sending it to Nathan Osborne, 32, over the internet.

Osborne later took the video, which was shot on November  23, 2016, and disseminated it online to a wider audience. Osborne was sentenced to 37 years for that act and for convincing another woman, Jazmine Pacyga, to sexually abuse her infant son on film. MLive.com reports that Pacyga is charged with criminal sexual conduct and creating child sexually abusive material.

Though Perez’s victim wasn’t named in court, the Daily Mail claims the victim’s father revealed on Facebook that the child was related to Perez.

In a report obtained by MLive.com, a social worker determined that Perez has no sexual attraction towards children but, because of her long history of drug abuse and addiction, she acquiesced to Osborne’s demands. The social worker wrote that Perez is unlikely to re-offend–unless her drug abuse and “co-dependence on abusive and controlling adult males” continues. Then, her recidivism risk is “significant,” according to MLive.com.

In addition to prison, Perez was sentenced to five years probation. While on probation, she will undergo sex offender, substance abuse, and mental health counseling.
