Heather Locklear claims boyfriend choked, tried to kill her: Report

On the night of her arrest, actress Heather Locklear allegedly told California police that her boyfriend choked and tried to kill her during an altercation.

A Ventura County sheriff’s deputy told TMZ that responding officers found boyfriend Christopher Heisser leaning over the bed and restraining Locklear, 56, by her wrists while she laid on the bed.

Cops reportedly claimed Heisser, 56, was bleeding from the nose and had a red chest. He claimed that Locklear was acting “crazy, angry and wild” as she attacked him and bit him on the face, according to the tabloid.

However, Locklear reportedly claimed that her boyfriend had choked her to the point that she couldn’t breathe yet stated that she had no marks on her neck.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Locklear was arrested late last month and charged with domestic violence and battery for the alleged attack on Heisser. She’s also accused of attacking officers who responded to the  California home.

According to TMZ, the actress was so violent that officers had to use a hobble on her to take her into custody.

“You f**king deserve your kids to die! You f**king deserve it! And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!” the “Melrose Place” actress reportedly yelled as officers attempted to subdue her outside.

Additionally, TMZ reported that Locklear’s boyfriend was arrested hours later for DUI. Sources said that California State Highway Patrol spotted Heisser slowly traveling down the 101 freeway. He allegedly blew a .19 and a .20 and was released from custody a short time later.
