R. Kelly kept underage girls as ‘pets,’ claims ex-girlfriend

An ex-girlfriend of pop star R. Kelly has alleged that he kept young girls as sex slaves, referring to them as “pets,” as reported by NY Daily News.

Kitti Jones, who dated the singer from 2011 to 2013, made the allegations in a BBC documentary, saying that he “trained” girls as young as 14.

She also said that Kelly would use these “pets” to help train new victims, describing an incident that happened during their relationship in Kelly’s “sex dungeon.”

“He proceeded to tell me, you know, to undress, and then I sat in the chair and he started recording me,” she said. “That’s when the girl walked in.”

“He had her crawl on the floor towards me and perform oral sex on me. And he said, ‘This is my f***ing pet. I trained her. She’s going to teach you how to be with me.'”

An unidentified friend of the singer also appeared on the documentary, stating that Kelly’s preference of young girls was “common knowledge” and that the singer would press his staff to find girls who “looked young” after concerts, as reported by Huffington Post.

Lovell Jones, a former collaborator of Kelly, concurred with this sentiment, telling a BBC reporter that Kelly actually bragged about capturing girls as young as 14.

“How do you defend yourself against someone who’s been honing their skills as a predator for 25 years, who’s also a multimillionaire, and one of the most famous and successful artists in the music industry?,” Jones said.

Of course, this isn’t the first allegation of this sort lobbed at the pop star. Rumors that Kelly operated a “sex cult” have followed him around for years, as previously reported by CrimeOnline.

Additionally, Kelly faced a trial for child pornography charges in 2008 and, most famously, married deceased singer Aaliyah when she was just 15, back in 1994.
