‘Dad’ arrested for having a baby with his 20-year-old daughter; says he only ‘gave her his semen in a cup’

A Michigan man who reportedly had a baby with his adult daughter in February is claiming that they never had sex, but instead he gave her “semen in a cup” and he has no idea what she did with it.

FOX 2 reports that Gregory St. Andre, 37, of Warren, is facing charges of third degree criminal sexual conduct after a DNA test proved him to be the father of his 20-year-old daughter’s infant son. Police were alerted after the daughter’s mother told them that her husband likely fathered the baby. Family members allegedly said the suspect was sexually abusing his daughter well before she became pregnant.

St. Andre’s wife, currently in the process of filing for divorce, said that the sexual abuse against her daughter has been going on for at least five years, yet she could never get law enforcement’s attention on the matter until now, as her daughter always refused to discuss the issue. The victim’s aunt, Michelle Truszkowski, agreed. Truszkowski said not only has the family been dealing with the alleged issue for years, but it has split their family apart.

“She has a son by the defendant. What is she supposed to do? It’s just madness. It’s tearing our whole family apart….We’ve been through this for years. It started years ago.”

Although St. Andre denies ever having sex with his daughter, police pulled phone messages between the pair that reportedly said otherwise.

Despite a previous “no contact” order against the suspect, he still managed to find his daughter on social media and message her, according to court documents. Now that the’s behind bars, he’s apparently “gotten the message,” according to his defense attorney, to not contact the victim at all.

St. Andre’s bail was recently increased to $60,000 during a court hearing on Monday. He’s scheduled to appear for a pre-trial hearing on June 26.
