Alleging abuse, family of Blac Chyna’s ailing assistant plan to sue: Report

Blac Chyna could be in court soon as the family of her ill assistant plan to sue the model mom after they take the assistant off life support this week.

A source close to Lorena “Patty” Hernandez told Page Six Wednesday that the assistant suffered her “third brain bleed” and was deemed brain dead Monday. As a result, the family is reportedly planning to take her off life support Thursday—and her grief-stricken husband is gearing up for a lawsuit.

“She’s still on life support because her husband decided to donate her organs because they were completely healthy so that she can give the gift of life to other families,” the source said. “They’re finding the recipients now so tomorrow they’re going to take the organs.”

Page Six wrote that the assistant’s husband has accused Chyna, 29, of abusing Hernandez and failing to provide her with worker’s compensation. Though exes Tyga and Rob Kardashian reportedly made hefty donations to Hernandez’s GoFundMe—$5,000 and $10,000, respectively—the source disputed claims that Chyna was helping Hernandez and taking care of her kids.

“I mean all she pretty much did was spread the word and reach out to her baby daddies, so she felt like, ‘That’s how I helped,'” the source offered.

According to the tabloid, Hernandez’s health issues began in January when she had a seizure at Chyna’s Lashed Salon in Encino, California. Chyna was reportedly at the hospital the first day but hasn’t visited Hernandez since then.

The source alleged that Chyna had ulterior motives in rushing to Hernandez’s bedside.

“She was only there the first day when they found her at Lashed, but the only reason she came to the hospital was to tell the doctors and everyone not to give out any information to anybody,” they said.

The source also claimed that Chyna did try to reach an agreement with Hernandez’s family but lawyers stepped in and instructed her to let them handle it at this point.

Chyna’s camp declined to comment on the latest allegations.
