AMBER Alert issued for young boy, possibly with older male and ‘considered to be in danger’ *FOUND SAFE**

Jacob Roe was found safe in Utah on Monday, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. A 60-year-man, David Freeman, was found with the boy and taken into custody. No other information was readily available.

On Sunday night, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued an AMBER Alert for a 12-year-old boy who may in danger after disappearing from his Saguache County home.

CBS reports that Jacob Roe, 12, is possibly with 60-year-old David Freeman, although the relationship between the pair remains unclear. Freeman may be traveling in a red 2014 Jeep Patriot with Colorado license plate number, 198ZQO. According to the Saguache County Sheriff’s Office, Jacob“is considered to be in danger.”

Jacob, who was last seen leaving his home around 3 p.m. on Sunday, stands 5 feet tall and weighs around 100 pounds. He left home wearing red shorts, a black shirt, and red shoes. Freeman is is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 135 pounds. He has long blonde/grey hair that he typically keeps in a ponytail and a full beard. He wears glasses and was last seen wearing jeans, grey and orange shoes, and a denim baseball cap.

Anyone with any information on their whereabouts is urged to call 911.
