Authorities are looking into the disappearance of a Rachel Oakes, 19 year old woman from Old Bridge, New Jersey. She was last seen, Monday, January 9th.
Rachel has blond hair with blue highlights, is five foot tall and weighs about 100 pounds.
New Jersey State Police discovered the car Rachel had been driving on Tuesday, January 10th.
