NBC 52 reports that Valerie Starushok, 21, is cooperating with authorities after she allegedly shoved her use “maxi pad” into the face of man standing in in front of a Planned Parenthood building in Ashland, Oregon. Ashland police confirmed that an organized protest was going on when Starushok became enraged at a man who opposed Planned Parenthood, a non-profit organizations that provides reproductive health services.

Starushok’s face isn’t captured on the footage when she approached the victim, but she screamed vulgarities at the man before reportedly putting her sanitary napkin in his face.

“Eat this f****** pad, you c*** face.”

The man filming the incident appeared to remain calm, but indicated that he would probably need to call the police.

“I think I’m actually gonna have to call the police. She just shoved a dirty, bloody tampon in my face.”
