Original Story:

The FBI is asking for the public’s help in locating a Florida teacher wanted on child pornography charges. The suspect, who fled Florida, has ties in Tennessee.

According to the FBI, Corey Dejuan Perry, 33, is wanted on felony charges of child pornography, enticement, and receipt of child pornography. A federal warrant was issued for Perry on March 28, 2017, in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Perry, a former teacher at H.L. Watkins Middle School in Palm Beach Gardens, may be in Nashville, Tennessee, hiding out with relatives.  He was last seen on March 26. On April 7, his rented car was found in Fort Lauderdale. He left the doors unlocked and keys inside.

As of now, the details surrounding the allegations against Perry are sealed. However, in recent days, numerous witnesses came forward with information that backs up the accusations.

The suspect is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He weighs around 275 pounds. Authorities said that although he was last seen with a mustache and goatee, he may be clean shaven now to avoid detection. He could also be wearing a disguise.

Anyone with information is urged to call the FBI in Miami at (754) 703-2000. The FBI is offering a $25,000 reward for information that leads to Perry’s arrest and conviction.
