Little boy taken during Mississippi car theft

UPDATE: Kingston Frazier has been found dead. Crime Online will update with more details.

An AMBER Alert was issued on Thursday morning in Jackson, Mississippi, for a young boy who was taken during the commission of a car theft.

According to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBN),  6-year-old Kingston Frazier was sitting in a silver 2000 Toyota Camry at a Kroger Parking lot off of Interstate 55 at around 1 a.m., when two men in a two-door Honda pulled up. The passenger got out and jumped into to Camry and drove away. The Camry’s license plate number is HYX 783. It has damage to its rear quarter panel.

Kingston’s mother, Ebony Archie, left the Camry running while she went inside the store. When she walked out of the store, the Camry was already gone.

Frazier is described as 3′ 9″ tall with curly brown hair and brown eyes. He weighs around 40 pounds. He was last seen wearing khaki shorts, a white tank top, and gold Jordan shoes. According to the Jackson Police Department, one of the suspects is described as a black male, around 6 ft. tall.

“When a child is taken, we pull all resources available to us. This is the type call that hits home with every officer involved,” said Major Pete Luke with the Jackson PD. “This is a very emotional time for everyone and we ask the public’s help to bring Kingston home.”
