Tiger Woods is in arbitration with his former girlfriend after she reportedly tried to break a non-disclosure agreement she signed when she began dating the pro golfer. In turn, he allegedly threatened to get even with her by leaking private photos.
New York Post reports Woods’ former girlfriend Kristin Smith signed an NDA that required her to keep quiet about their relationship. Smith, however, apparently wants the public to know about Woods’ reported philandering ways. Smith reportedly thinks that Woods cheated on her during their relationship with a woman named Erica Herman. Woods and Smith split up at some point in 2017.

Smith reportedly indicated that the NDA she signed is not enforceable, according to sources close to the pair. According to TMZ, the private photos Woods allegedly threatened to leak are “embarrassing.” A year prior, Woods was prepared to sue others over his own reported leaked nude photos.
Smith, a Florida native and owner of the CLAD LIFE company, began dating Woods in 2016 after a brief marriage to former Dallas Cowboys safety, Gerald Sensabaugh. The former NFL player said in 2016 that he was “all for” his ex-wife’s relationship with Woods if it meant she’d leave him alone.
“As long as she’s off my back, I’m all for it. If she’s happy, she’s happy. They can do whatever they want to do,” Sensabaugh told Radar Online.
