URGENT: Endangered Child Alert issued for disabled girl

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is looking for a 4-year-old girl who disappeared on April 4 from a Dickson County hospital where she was being treated for a broken leg.

WHNT reports that Kalynn Turnbow was at the Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville when she disappeared. Authorities believe she is with her father, Jason Bradford, 44. Kalynn became paralyzed from the waist down in November after a car accident, which left her mother dead. TBI issued an Endangered Child Alert for Kalynn and believe she may be in danger.

Although a family member stated Kalynn was seen last week with her grandfather, the TBI released a statement indicated that she disappeared over a month ago.

Kalynn’s grandmother said she’s worried that the little girl will run out of medication. She’s also worried about Kalynn’s mental state since she’s been having a difficult time dealing with her mother’s death.

Jason Bradford is described as a white male standing 6-feet-1-inches tall with brown hair and and brown eyes. He weighs around 198 pounds. Kaylnn is a white female standing 3 feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with any information is urged to contact 1-800-TBI-FIND, or the Dickson County Sheriff’s Office at 615-740-4868.
