The FBI is searching for a missing special needs baby girl, last seen with her mother on June 27 as they left the Laredo area.
KTSA reports that Eunice Noemi Garza and her 7-month-old, Dayana Leeann Garza, were last seen in Laredo in a white 2007 Saturn SUV. Police stated Garza could be making her way to Tamaulipas, Mexico. While it’s unclear why the mother doesn’t have custody of the little girl, authorities indicated that the baby is special needs and requires both medical attention and a special type of formula.
