URGENT: Special needs baby missing, needs medical care and ‘special’ formula

The FBI is searching for a missing special needs baby girl, last seen with her mother on June 27 as they left the Laredo area.

KTSA reports that Eunice Noemi Garza and her 7-month-old, Dayana Leeann Garza, were last seen in Laredo in a white 2007 Saturn SUV. Police stated Garza could be making her way to Tamaulipas, Mexico. While it’s unclear why the mother doesn’t have custody of the little girl, authorities indicated that the baby is special needs and requires both medical attention and a special type of formula.

Garza is described as a Hispanic female who stands 5-foot-6-inches tall and weighs around 195 pounds. She has brown eyes and long brown hair. The baby also has brown eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with any information is urged to contact the San Antonio FBI office at 210-225-6741 or submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov.
