State police in New York have confirmed that 20 people were killed in a wedding limousine crash outside Albany on Saturday.
The Times Union reports that the vehicle crashed into a busy Apple Barrel Country Store parking lot in Schoharie on Saturday afternoon, colliding with another vehicle. According to NBC News, the limo was speeding and 18 of the people killed were passengers in the wedding limo, while two were bystanders.

Few details about the crash are known at this time, and authorities have not publicly identified any of the victims.
The Apple Barrel Country Store, which is popular with tourists who viewing foliage in the area, reportedly posted a message about the tragedy on Facebook, calling it “horrific” and thanking emergency responders.
According to the Times Union, State police have set up a hotline for people concerned about any family members who may have been involved in the crash: 1-877-672-4911.
A press conference is expected Sunday afternoon.
