MISSING: Two girls disappear on Valentine’s Day, police say they are considered to be in danger

New Mexico authorities are asking the public’s help in locating two teen girls who vanished on February 14. Both are said to be danger.

CBS 4 Las Cruces reports that Elisa Aguilar and Makayla Pena, both 13, disappeared from Las Cruces on February 14. Elisa was last seen at Lynn Middle School at around 3 p.m. She’s described as a Hispanic female who stands 5-foot-4-inches tall with dark brown hair and eyes. She weighs around 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white dress.

Makayla was last seen at a home off of Montana Avenue, at around 11 a.m. She’s described as a Hispanic female who stands 5-foot-4-inches tall and weighs around 125 pounds. She has dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a floral print shirt and maroon shorts.

The teens are believed to be together and police consider them “missing and endangered.”
