The attorney who reportedly provided prosecutors with a video allegedly depicting sex acts between R. Kelly and a 14-year-old girl just before the R&B star’s arrest on criminal sex abuse charges says he has a second sex tape involving an underage victim.
Michael Avenatti, the high-profile lawyer known for representing porn actress Stormy Daniels, said on Twitter that he plans to give prosecutors the tape Monday morning.
I can confirm that we will be providing a second video showing R. Kelly engaged in sexual assault of a minor to prosecutors this morning. This tape was recently uncovered in connection with our ongoing nationwide investigation on behalf of victims. Justice must be done.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, CNN reported on February 14 to having obtained a “clear and explicit” video allegedly showing Kelly and a 14-year-old girl engaged in sexual activity. Avenatti said at the time that he obtained the sex tape from a longtime associate of Kelly’s, and that he submitted the tape to prosecutors in Chicago.
Within days, a grand jury reportedly met over the allegations depicted in the tape, and on Friday Kelly was arrested and charged with 10 counts of criminal sex abuse involving four alleged victims. Three of the four were underage at the time of the allegations.
Kelly was booked into jail in Chicago on Friday night, and held on a $1 million bond. As of Sunday, he had not come up with the $100,000 cash to be released from custody, though his lawyer expected Kelly would be able to pay the bail amount early this week.
According to USA Today, Kelly is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, when he is expected to enter a plea.
