The singer stopped at a McDonald’s in downtown Chicago where he ate a burger and fries. He and his entourage then drove to BIGGS Mansion’s Cigar Bar and Lounge.

Just minutes after leaving jail, The Daily Mail reports R. Kelly’s vehicle pulled over and stopped to pick up a mystery woman, who entered the vehicle only to exit shortly after.

ORIGINAL STORY:

R. Kelly is expected to be released from jail on Monday amid reports he has posted bail.

The Associated Press reports that Kelly has posted bail and will be released in the early evening on Monday. As CrimeOnline previously reported, a judge ordered Kelly held on $1 million bail on Friday, and Kelly’s attorney said over the weekend that his client’s finances were a “mess” and there would likely be a short delay in coming up with the $100,000 cash required for his conditional release.

Kelly was charged with 10 counts of criminal sexual abuse in connection to four alleged victims. Three of the four woman were underage at the time of the allegations.

In mid-February, high-profile attorney Michael Avenatti reportedly handed prosecutors a sex tape he had obtained from a longtime associated of Kelly’s. The tape purportedly shows Kelly engaged in sex acts with a 14-year-old girl. On Monday, Avenatti said on Twitter that he had a second sex tape he planned to share with prosecutors, allegedly showing Kelly engaged in deviant, risky sexual acts with an underage victim.

Via his attorney, Kelley pleaded not guilty to all 10 of the charges against him on Monday morning.
