A Texas man is behind bars in San Antonio after he allegedly raped a 3-year-old and gave her chlamydia and gonorrhea.
MySA reports that Drevon Alexander Perkins,26, is facing a super aggravated sexual assault of a child charge in connection with the rape of a little girl said to be one of his family members. According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the incident happened in January at Perkin’s apartment while he was reportedly on drugs.
Court documents indicate that the little girl’s mother later noticed discharge on her diaper and sought medical treatment. When a doctor informed the mother that the little girl had STDs, she called 911. During investigations, authorities were led to Perkins.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Perkins was given a lie detector test by authorities. He reportedly not only admitted that he had STDs, but that he raped the little girl while taking drugs. He claimed the incident happened while the child’s mother was at work.
Perkins was arrested and booked into the Bexar County jail. He remains behind bars on $100,000 bond. If convicted, he faces 25 years in prison.
