The 18-year-old girl at the center of a massive manhunt in Colorado Wednesday has reportedly been captured

CBS Denver reports that Sol Pais has been captured in Clear Creek County, which is west of Denver.

The circumstances of her capture are not yet known, and earlier reports stated that a “BOLO” alert from the Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force noted that authorities did not have probable cause to arrest Pais, but advised that she should be detained and evaluated.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Pais traveled from Miami to Colorado on Monday and purchased a firearm and ammunition just after her arrival. The teen had reportedly made unspecified threats, and Denver-area schools were closed on Wednesday.

CrimeOnline will provide further updates when more information is available.
