FOUND SAFE: Police searching for 4-year-old girl at ‘special risk’ of harm

Pennsylvania police are looking for a little girl who disappeared Wednesday evening and hasn’t been seen by her family since.

The Sentinel reports that 4-year-old Gemma Moats was last seen on Wednesday at around 7:30 p.m., off of the 12000 block of Pen Mar Road in Washington Township. According to police, officers arrived to the scene at around 3:30 a.m. on Thursday and are using “multiple resources” to help locate the girl.

Gemma was last seen wearing shorts, no shoes, and a pink silk shirt. She has shoulder-length curly blonde hair and blue eyes. Gemma stands 3 feet tall and weighs around 50 pounds. According to CBS 21, authorities said the little girl may be at “special risk” of injury or harm.
