A Colorado school remains on lockdown Tuesday afternoon following a shooting that has left at least two people injured, according to reports.
Colorado Public Radio reported that Douglas County officers responded to STEM School in Highland Ranch at around 1:50 p.m. Since then, authorities said they’re in the process of locating a shooter or shooters and that the K-12 school—in addition to other area schools—remain on lockdown as they handle the “unstable” situation.

Initial reports indicated that two people were injured in the shooting. It’s currently unclear whether the two victims are students.
