A manhunt is underway after a police officer was shot in Silver Spring, Maryland, on Monday morning.
WTOP reports that a Montgomery County police officer was shot inside a parking garage in downtown Silver Spring, and the suspect or suspects are still at large.
According to Fox 5 News, police were called to the parking garage following reports of “disorderly subjects.”

The injured police officer has not been identified. The officer has been transported to a local hospital and their condition is unknown.
