According to an ABC News reporter, three people have been injured in the shooting. Earlier reports had indicated that up to seven people were wounded.

Authorities in California have confirmed a school shooting at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita.

The Los Angeles Times reports that gunfire broke out Thursday morning at the Southern California high school, and that a teen shooter is currently at large.

The number of injuries is not confirmed at this time, but authorities reportedly said at least six people are wounded.

It is not known if the shooting suspect is a student at the high school.
