An investigation is underway in Nevada after a baby boy’s body was reportedly discovered in a dumpster on Sunday morning.
KSNV reported that the unidentified baby is 1- to 6-months-old and is of Hispanic descent. His body was reportedly found in a dumpster located in the 2500 block of Carroll Street in North Las Vegas.
A North Las Vegas Police Department spokesperson told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that the baby did not have any visible injuries. A resident reportedly claimed he is the only person in the area with a home security camera, but it is not pointed in the direction of the dumpster where the baby was found.

The unidentified baby’s cause and manner of death are pending. Authorities are currently in the process of locating his relatives or guardians.
