Infant boy is found dead in alley dumpster, investigation underway

An investigation is underway in Nevada after a baby boy’s body was reportedly discovered in a dumpster on Sunday morning.

KSNV reported that the unidentified baby is 1- to 6-months-old and is of Hispanic descent. His body was reportedly found in a dumpster located in the 2500 block of Carroll Street in North Las Vegas.

A North Las Vegas Police Department spokesperson told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that the baby did not have any visible injuries. A resident reportedly claimed he is the only person in the area with a home security camera, but it is not pointed in the direction of the dumpster where the baby was found.
