Harvey Weinstein has reportedly been sentenced to 23 years in prison following his February 24 conviction on rape and criminal sex act charges.
A reporter for the Los Angeles times who was present in the Manhattan courtroom announced the sentencing on Twitter.

As CBS News noted, Weinstein faced a maximum sentence of 29 years for the rape conviction, and 24 years for the criminal sex act count.
