Authorities are still searching for an Alabama woman who disappeared three weeks ago, allegedly after walking to a nearby store.
As CrimeOnline previously reported, the boyfriend of 30-year-old Tiffany Osborne told police that she left her Midfield home on February 27, to go to the store but never returned. According to Midfield Det. Michael Jeffries, she was reported missing from the Fairfield Highlands area of Midfield, by her boyfriend.
Osborne is the mother of three children, including a 3-month-old baby. Family members said it’s highly unusual for Osborne to be gone this long without checking in.

“She hasn’t even reached out to check on the baby and that’s our biggest concern,’’ Jeffries said. “No one has heard from her.”
Jeffries added that the store would have been closed at the time Osborne supposedly walked to it, and the people who worked at the store that evening never saw her. She also left without her cellphone.
Tiffany’s mother, Cathy Smitherman told Dateline that Osborne would “would never just walk out on her children” and “would never not let anyone know where she’s going.”
“What I don’t understand is why she would walk to the store so late at night, especially when they have more than one vehicle sitting in the yard,” Smitherman said.
Osborne’s three children are now living with Smitherman at her Hueytown home, around 15 minutes away from Midfield. Smitherman said the children are worried about their mother. None of Osborne’s friends have heard from her.
At this time, no one has been named a suspect in Osborne’s disappearance.
Osborne is described as a white female who stands 5-feet-4-inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. She has hazel eyes and long brown hair, dyed blonde. She has a Tinkerbell tattoo on her back shoulder and two tattoos of her daughters’ names, Summer and Kyleigh.
Anyone with any information on Osborne’s whereabouts is urged to contact Midfield Police Department at 205-923-7575.
