The Rexburg Police Department confirmed in a news release that investigators found two sets of human remains at the home of Chad Daybell, Lori Vallow’s husband. The remains have not been identified, pending autopsy results.

Multiple news outlets are reporting that two sets of human remains were found at the home of Chad Daybell, the husband of Lori Vallow and stepfather to her two missing children.
Authorities in Idaho have not confirmed how many bodies were discovered in a search of Daybell’s property in Salem, which is just outside of Rexburg. But Fox 10 reporter Justin Lum posted on Twitter that multiple sources have said investigators found two sets of remains.

Citing unidentified sources, Court TV is also reporting that two sets of human remains were found at Daybell’s residence.
Authorities have not yet identified the remains, pending autopsy results.
Lori Vallow’s children Tylee Ryan, 17, and 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow have not been seen since September. Vallow is in custody in Idaho awaiting trial for felony child desertion charges.
Daybell was booked into Fremont County Jail on Tuesday. He is charged with felony destruction or concealment of evidence. Daybell will make his first court appearance on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
