As TMZ reports, law enforcement sources have confirmed that a body found in Lake Piru Monday morning is that of missing actress Naya Rivera. CrimeOnline will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office said in a Twitter post on Monday that searchers have found a body in Lake Piru, where “Glee” actress Naya Rivera went missing on Wednesday.
Authorities had previously said they suspected the 33-year-old actress drowned in the southern California lake during an excursion with her 4-year-old son, who was discovered asleep Wednesday in the a drifting pontoon boat Rivera had rented earlier that day. The boy was wearing a life preserver and was unharmed. An adult life preserver was also found on the boat.
Happening now: A body has been found at Lake Piru this morning. The recovery is in progress. A news conference will take place at 2 pm at the lake.
