Husband kills much younger wife, stuffs body into freezer: Police

A Houston man has been charged with murder after authorities found the body of his missing wife in a freezer at his place of business.

KTRK reports that the body of Chi Thi Lien Le was found in a commercial freezer at a business property owned by her husband Curtis Allen Holliday in the 5800 block of W Sam Houston Parkway N. Le, 29, had been missing since at least April 3, when her family contacted police to say they had been unable to reach her for several days.

It is not known exactly when police discovered Le’s body. Holliday, 58, was arrested on May 5 and charged with continuous violence against a family member and violation of bond on a protective order. He had previously been charged with assaulting Le on two separate occasions in November and December 2019.

Authorities have determined that Le died of homicide and Holliday has been charged with murder. According to the KTRK report, he is being held without bond.
