Le, 29, had been missing since at least April 3, when her family contacted police to say they had been unable to reach her for several days.

It is not known exactly when police discovered Le’s body. Holliday, 58, was arrested on May 5 and charged with continuous violence against a family member and violation of bond on a protective order.
