SEE IT: Lori Vallow in court to waive preliminary hearing, case will skip ahead to trial

Lori Vallow is expected in court momentarily after filing a motion to waive a preliminary hearing for felony charges she is facing in connection to her two children’s disappearance and deaths.

Fox 10 News reporter Justin Lum reported on Friday that Vallow is requesting to waive the preliminary hearing which was set to begin on Monday, a week after Vallow’s husband appeared in court for a dramatic, two-day hearing during. On Monday and Tuesday of this week, multiple witnesses testified to new, disturbing information about the disappearance of 16-year-old Tylee Ryan and 7-year-old JJ Vallow, and the conditions of their buried remains which were discovered in Daybell’s backyard on June 10.

Vallow is facing two felony counts of conspiracy to destroy, alter or conceal evidence. Once Vallow waives the preliminary hearing on the record during an emergency hearing on Friday, Vallow’s case is expected to proceed to district court for trial.
