Maryland authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for a Baltimore City man who “may harm himself,” CBS Baltimore reports.
Kevin Dobbins, 30, was last seen Thursday off of the 100 block of N. Hilton Street. He was last seen wearing dark pants and a blue shirt.

Kevin is described as a Black male who stands 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighs around 175 pounds. Anyone with information on his whereabouts shoulc call 911.
