Police in New York said they are still trying to find the parents or guardians of a 4-year-old girl who was reportedly found abandoned on the street on Saturday.
The NYPD posted surveillance footage to Twitter which apparently shows an unidentified woman walking with the girl through the Bronx 10 minutes before the girl was abandoned. The New York Daily News reported that the girl, who told police her name is Sidaya, was found standing alone without a jacket near Prospect Avenue and East 156th Street.
Citing police, the New York Post reported that the girl was evaluated at the hospital and found to be in good health.

Police said the woman seen with the girl early Saturday appears to be 5 feet, 2 inches tall and is in her 20s. She was wearing a light blue denim jacket, black headscarf, black pants, and white sneakers, according to the Daily News.
