Wednesday Crime Stories: Precious TWINS found dead in TRASH

On June 6, 2003, the bodies of newborn twins were found by a waste management employee emptying residential trash bins. The medical examiner determines that the boys were born alive. The search for the mother took more than 17 years to solve.
